Booking and Cancellations:

  • Appointments can be made via phone or our online booking system.

  • We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No-shows will be charged 80% of the scheduled service, and cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours will be charged 40%.

 

Late Arrivals:

  • While we strive to accommodate all appointments promptly, late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

 

Payment Methods:

  • We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards.

  • All payments are due at the time of service.

Product Returns:

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt for a full refund

Gift Cards:

  • Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

 

Safety and Hygiene:

  • We adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

  • Disposable tools and equipment are used whenever possible to maintain hygiene standards.
