Booking and Cancellations:

Appointments can be made via phone or our online booking system.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

No-shows will be charged 80% of the scheduled service, and cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours will be charged 40%.
Late Arrivals:

While we strive to accommodate all appointments promptly, late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
Payment Methods:

We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards.

All payments are due at the time of service.

Product Returns:

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt for a full refund

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable.

Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
